Missing in Germany: Frank Lampard

What's happened to Frank's shooting boots? He's not having a good world cup up to now. Lampard and Gerrard do not really seem to be clicking in midfield. We went into this tournament boasting about having the strongest midfield in the world. It's time for Lampard and Gerrard to step up. Ok, Gerrard has scored a couple of goals. But there's not enough creativity coming out of this pair. And as a team we're not getting them involved enough in the attack.
